While I provide the diet/weight loss information, Steve manages the technological end of things. I think that we make an excellent team and hope that after you visit our site, you'll think so too!

I, myself, have finally overcome my lifelong overweight condition, and hope that everyone else can do the same. The benefits you will receive when you get your weight down to your normal level will only be truly realized when you actually get there. This site will provide you with the information that you should know to help you achieve your diet/weight loss goals!

DISCLAIMER: For the record.. I am not a doctor, I do not give medical advice. Many of the thoughts or tips across the links on my home page contradict each other, even the doctors disagree on some things. It just goes to show you how much we still have to learn about diet/weight loss science, especially genetics. Hey, look how often they change the recommended diet/weight tables, they just changed again! Who is to say the current one is correct?? And I recently heard that hamburgers can help prevent cancer!!

And very seriously, if you have any doubt about your health, you should talk to your doctor first before beginning a diet/weight loss or fitness program. I personally did not talk to my doctor before I started my program, but then he is about 80 pounds too heavy himself. Maybe I should direct him to these pages.
