Loren Seagrave often travels across several time zones with elite athletes who must be prepared for training and/or competition immediately upon arrival. In the past, both Loren and his athletes found their performance usually suffered for three or four days after traveling. Both Prime 1 an Prime Plus have made a big difference. During a recent trip to Kenya, Loren noticed that his colleagues seemed to be suffering from extreme jet lag, sleeping for up to 12 hours and taking naps; while Loren had the energy to keep going, even stopping off in England and Germany to conduct two seminars without missing a beat. "I flew over 150,000 miles last year and was still able to function."

"Shortly after I began on Prime 1, I traveled to Russia and gave no serious thought to the absence of jet lag, although many of my younger traveling companions had difficulty adjusting to the 16 hour flight times. However, I thought more about jet lag recently when I joined my 2 daughters in Israel. My trip had 3 stops where I spent hours in airports before arriving nearly 24 hours later. The 36-hour return trip was even more complicated. I followed none of the expert advice on how to avoid jet lag. Flying is not my favorite means of transportation, so I availed myself of wine whenever it was available despite the experts who recommend avoiding alcohol as rule number one. Yet, I experienced no symptoms of jet lag, and did not require any period of adjustment to acclimate myself to time zones at either end of my trip. There is no other explanation for my easy adjustment other than the effectiveness of Prime 1.

"It was always a horrendous experience for me to travel to the United States. I would often sleep for the first 3 days. You have an 11-hour flight, 9 hours stopover in London, 11 more hours to San Francisco, with a 10 hour time difference. With Prime 1, my last trip was completely different. I got in at 10 p.m., ate dinner, went to sleep, and woke up in the morning as if I had just taken a half-hour flight. I've felt great since the moment I arrived."
